Host Users on USA server

So you also have a server in the USA, right? If so, then:
1. Create a replica of the user's mail db on the USA server if it doesn't already exist.
2. Edit the user's Person document (in the Domino directory) to set his Mail server to the USA server.
3. On the user's workstation, create a Connection document to the USA server.
4. Edit the user's Location document (on his workstation) to set his Home/mail server to the USA server.
